I had a great, seamless experience buying a vehicle from Wheeler's back in March 2026. Recently, I had an issue come up with the car and experienced difficulty using the warranty I purchased with the vehicle. Wheelers did me a great service. I got a flat tire coming home from Michigan heading to Illinois. I luckily pulled off on an exit before the tire went completely flat and found Wheelers. They had me in and out road ready in less then an hour. They are dog friendly too. Even had treats in the break room for my dog. Very friendly/knowledgeable Staff. If I lived closer to Marshfield I would get all my mechanical services done at Wheelers!

I purchased a Corvette roughly 60 days ago as an out of state resident (from Maryland). The sales manager, sales team, and finance team were very patient and easy to work with. The sales manager is a stand up guy and stuck by their word on closed trailer shipping at an agreed upon price which I commend them for. We drove 180 miles to check out two 3500 Denali Ultimates they have on lot - one in Wisconsin Rapids and one in Marshfield. Absolute garbage business! Made an appointment to see a vehicle several days in advance and they knew we were coming from several hours away and “miraculously” the morning of the appointment it was sold and they NEVER had the courtesy to even call to notify us! Then claimed they wanted ti show us other vehicles. Complete bait and switch. Their sales manager gave every excuse in the book and forced apology. Inconsiderate and rude.
Wheelers made a HUGE impression! We purchased a beautiful used Equinox from Wheelers for our daughter about 6 weeks ago, and everything with the sale was easy, transparent and honest. I had my Chevy traverse taken there to be fixed from an accident we got the car back we're grinding brakes and a bent heat shield called tried to get it fixed was told that it had to go to a specialist to see if it was due to the accident and that it would most likely not be covered under the insurance because they already signed off on it. Took my mother in law for a total ride on parts, labor, and work that's needed. Very clearly predatory service towards a single retired woman. Recommended she replace tires with nearly 8/32 of tread saying they're going bald. Told her she had all sorts of "special parts" on the car to justify parts that were double the cost on the market. The management/ ownership of Wheelers needs to take responsibility for predatory service policies and ensure their staff are treating all customers fairly.

Our salesman was great, his name was Saul! However both sales managers have an unbelievable ego. Cody in finance was absolutely fantastic! Unfortunately they have two sales managers that are terrible at their jobs and are very argumentative. Sadly that’s what will ruin a business.
I bought a 2023 jeep grand Cherokee on January 25th ,it had hail damage to the hood . I was told before I bought it they 0 inhad a new hood for it and it was ready for paint should be done the next week. Went back the next week and the next was told today there are so many hoods to be painted they don't know when it would be done they lie to you .I wouldn't buy again from them.

I had originally had my vehicle in for an airbag recall, after that service I didn't drive the truck. the next time I drive it the service airbag light is on so I call to have it looked at only to be charged $70 for diagnostics and get no answers and to have my keys misplaced.. We had an oil change service appointment for our brand new Corvette that we purchased from the dealership. The certified Corvette technician took forever to get our car done for the day. It was supposed to be 3 hours but it took us twice hours as it supposed to be. Although, the service advisor lady was cool. Bless her heart. It messed up for our entire schedule of the day. Not very happy for the service this time.
I was charged $210 with taxes to determine the problem with my 2009 Chevy Malibu's radio. He said they worked on it for 1.5 hours (so just labor). So I am extremely displeased to have spent that amount of money only to find the problem (which was a fairly common problem-amplifier doesn't work) and no repairs were done. I know you need to charge but it appears the rate is $126 per hour and I have to work about 1.5 school days to pay for 1.5 hours.
