Wheelers did me a great service. I got a flat tire coming home from Michigan heading to Illinois. I luckily pulled off on an exit before the tire went completely flat and found Wheelers. They had me in and out road ready in less then an hour. They are dog friendly too. Even had treats in the break room for my dog. Very friendly/knowledgeable Staff. If I lived closer to Marshfield I would get all my mechanical services done at Wheelers!

We had an excellent experience at Wheelers. We bought a 2023 Jeep Cherokee. They were the best price online. When we called, the salesperson was friendly, helpful and held the car for us for the next day (we had a long drive). The experience during the sale was also excellent. No pressure, helpful, honest opinions. Conor is friendly and a great representative for Wheelers. Cody in financing was straightforward and helpful as well. After the sale Conor delivered the car to us and even then, when many others would care less as the sale is done, nothing changed with Conor - he remained responsive, helpful and friendly. We have bought a lot of cars over the years, we have never had a better experience than Wheelers. Highly recommend them.

Anthony was an amazing help. First, I called and told him I needed an new vehicle right away and he had exact options for me within an hour or less. Second, he made sure I understood every feature in my new Traverse before I drove away and ensured I had a full tank of gas. I generally do not like the process of going to a dealership and buying a vehicle however, everyone involved was amazing and had me in my new vehicle within hours. I purchased a Corvette roughly 60 days ago as an out of state resident (from Maryland). The sales manager, sales team, and finance team were very patient and easy to work with. The sales manager is a stand up guy and stuck by their word on closed trailer shipping at an agreed upon price which I commend them for. The car arrived in great condition and the transaction was easy (trust me, I had a billion questions and concerns). If I was to buy another car, 14 hours from home, these would be the guys. Word to the wise, if you purchase a car out of state, make sure you understand if your state is a title holding state or not. It will just make registering the car a little tricky but I got it all sorted out. It's not the dealers fault, but they generously assisted me throughout that process when they didn't have to!

My visit was well informed of what was needed for my vehicle and was all professionally taken care of at this service visit.
